Special and summery, sweet cream lettuce goes very well with most Polish dishes, especially rich and sophisticated cutlets. This salad is great for Sunday dinners and garden BBQs, loved by both kids and adults. And very simple.
Prep time: 10 min
100 ml cream (12% fat) or single cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1. Wash lettuce and separate the leaves. Put them into a mixing bowl.
2. Mix sugar and cream.
3. Pour the cream over lettuce and leave it to rest for about 10 minutes.
4. Ready to serve! Yummy with ‘Kotlet Schabowy’
